Win for stuff, win for a walkway.

While no news about the Livingston Ave Bridge is just that, there are instances in which the bridge continues to find it’s way into PLANS. “The Livingston Avenue Bridge is a critical link in New York’s Empire Corridor passenger rail line that could not easily be replaced by a crossing at a different location. The Bridge is at the end of its service life and does not meet current rail or river navigation needs or standards. Restoration of the original pedestrian walkway is also needed.” – Regional Freight and Goods Movement Study: Final Report , CDTC 2015.
